cfw

How do I install cfw for the first time? Currently it seems like I need a cfw to install a cfw. I already have a pandoras battery(I think it's pandora, hardmodded it). I heard of mms but don't get what it do, and what I should use it for.

Is there a way to get DLC from Dissidia: 012 and Gods Eater Burst to work with CFW on a psp-1000? My DLC works perfectly well on OFW but as soon as I switch back to 5.50 prom-4 it wont read.

Can someone help me dowmngrade my psp. it has 5.00 m33-4 CFW and i need 3.90 m33. Links appriciated ;)
