Simplifying the Menu - For Kids

I searched but was unable to come up with anything. Is there a program that allows items to be disabled from the menu such as music, saved games, internet browser, playstation network, photo, and settings? I would really just like it to list videos and memory stick games unless I press an unlock sequence to see it all.
