Server Randomly Hangs

Doesnt happen too often, but randomly, with, or without user load, the server hangs with the following error (See Screenshot)

steamengine.cpp (2646) : Assertion Failed: CSteamEngine::BMainLoop appears to have stalled > 15 seconds without event signalled


Any ideas?

Server Specs:
Windows Server 2019 VM
24 CPU - Xeon E5-2630 v3 @2.4GHz
32 GB Memory
3.84TB SAS 12Gbps SSD
