Request [MD] force English Language on JAP console

Dear all,

Please can anyone help me with game genie codes to force English on two games on a Japanese Mega Drive console: Streets of Rage (World) shows as 'Bare Knuckle' and intro text is in Japanese, and Nadia with English translation patch stays in Japanese on a Japanese console too
