Dragon Riders: Anyone played it?

So I came across a dreamcast game for sale that I had never heard of. Brand new, it was selling for 10 dollars. Dragon Riders...

So, I consulted the tablet. I see IGN gave it a 3.6/10, rating it "Awful"
Dragon Riders - Chronicles of Pern - IGN

This has to be the worst score I've ever seen on a review. Can it be possible?

Anyone played this? Opinions? Is it really "Awful" :|
