Lake Cave near Sundelton
What order do I shoot the monsters with arrows to open the door?
The order you must shoot the monsters to open the door is the order in which you first killed them.
Where do I find Foomy?
Foomy is the first capsule monster you will find and he is in the woods near Sundelton. Wander around west of Sundelton and go around the mountains. In the middle of a field will be a single large tree, walk to the tree and you'll find Foomy.
Ruby Cave
Where do I find Armor Dog?
Armor Dog is another monster. He can be found in the Ruby cave. You must bomb down a wall and enter a portal in order to find him.
How do I defeat the tarantula guarding the ruby apple?
The tarantula is pretty tough and I would recommend equipping the Insect Crush sword on your strongest character. Be wary of poison, sleeping, and being paralyzed. Be sure to bring awaken, antidote, and mystery pin to cure all of these special attacks.
Sword Tower
I'm in a room with two boxes and plaque that says I can blow up boxes with bombs, what do I do?
Lay one box on the left, and another box on the right and remember to continue to walk forward.
How do I turn all of the blocks yellow in the 1st yellow and red tile room?
Take the yellow tile from the far left, and place at the far right next to the red tile.
Cave Bridge
How do I kill the reappearing monsters?
First you must kill the two monsters in front of the black orb, then smash the orb with your sword.
Where do I find Shaggy?
Shaggy is another capsule monster and he can be found in the north dungeon.
Lighthouse
I'm in a room with 4 pillars and an there is an area on the tiles that is a different color, what do I do?
You must push the pillars onto the different colored tiles. (The different colored tiles are arranged like a square.) After you push the four pillars on the tiles, a bridge like floor will rise.
How do I defeat Idura?
Idura is pretty tough so strategy is important. Equip the Cold Rapier to Maxim. The cold rapier IP ability is Glacial Blast which does about 550 points of damage each time you use it. It also uses up A LOT of IP so you can't use it often.
Phantom Tree Mountain
How do I open the first door?
Get in the middle of the three reappearing plants and place a bomb. Slash your sword 5 times so the bomb explodes and all of the plants will blow up. Now the door will open.
How do I get all of the grass to grow in order to open the door?
Start at the lower left, go right 2, up 1, right 1, up 2, left 1, down 1, left 1, up 1, left 1, down 2. Now make the remaining two plants grow.
How do I put the pots on the switches when the floor keeps cracking?
First you must push the other blocks onto the other switches. (These are found in the same room.) In the left of a room is a floor that cracks where ever you step. Here are the directions to place the pots and walk upon the floor: Start at the right of the entrance, up 2, right 6, get pot, up 2, left 2, down 1, left 4, down 1, left 2, up 4, drop pot on your right, pick up the pot in front of you, up 1, drop pot in front of you, right 1, pick up pot below you, up 1, drop pot on switch, pick up pot on left, right 1, drop pot on switch, down 4, right 3, up 1, right 1, go up the ladder and you're through!
I'm in Aleyn and I can't get Jyad to finish the ship. What do I do?
Stay at the Inn twice and the ship should be done. If not stay another night.
Tower of Sacrifice
A wall is blocking my path, how do I get passed it?
In this tower you will find a room with stairs leading down and a wall in your way. Go down the stairs and you will find three cracked pillars, use bombs to destroy these pillars to lower the wall.
How do I get passed the two black balls?
You will come to a room with 2 blocks, spikes surrounding a switch, and two black balls you can't pass. Push the blocks in front of the black balls and switch the switch. Then step on the other switch in the room.
Karloon North Shrine
How do I open the door in the room with a pillar and a broken pillar laying on the floor? Use bombs to destroy what's left of the pillar to reveal a switch. Then push the pillar onto the switch to open the door.
Where do I find Radisher?
Radisher is another capsule monster. He can be found on top of Flower mountain.
The Ruby Icon was stolen in Dankirk, what do I do?
Go back to the town Clamento and talk to Jaffy, the glass maker. He will make you a new one.
Dankirk North Cave
How do I get past the eye on the wall that closes the door?
Push the pillar in front of the eye and walk around the pillar, out of sight of the eye.
I'm in the lower right corner of the room with the four rows of spikes and the two red switches, what do I do?
In the corner is a skeleton, use a bomb to blast away the skeleton to reveal a switch. Press the switch to open the wall. Then go up and you will see a wall covered with vines, cut away the vines to reveal a dark colored wall. Use several bombs to blast away the wall.
I'm in a room with 2 switches, a red switch above me, and block pillars that move up and down when I step on the pillars, what do I do?
The fall wall in this room is covered with vines, cut away the vines on both sides to reveal two eyes. Use your hook to close the eyes and a block will fall on the switch. The block pillars at the end of the room will go down and you can now cut away the vines at the very far wall to reveal another eye. Close this eye with your hook and the red switch will fall. Hit the switch with your sword and go down the stairs.
I'm in a room with a purple chest and a portal, and I can't get to the chest, what do I do?
Enter the portal and you will come to a room similar to the one you were just in. Move the block onto one of the switches and one of the candles should light up. Enter the portal again and step on the tile where you placed the block in the identical room. A piece of floor should appear in front of the chest. Enter the portal and move the block onto the other switch. Now go through the portal and step on the tile where you just placed the block. Another piece of floor should appear. Get the treasure and go through the portal. Move the block to it's original spot (On the tile with a picture on it) and you should now be able to reach the red switch. Hit the switch and the final row of spikes should lower.
I'm in the corner of a room where there's a ghost, a grate, and staircase leading down, what do I do?
Pick up the grate and fall down the hole, at the bottom you'll find a switch.
I'm in a room with a bridge and a switch that moves the bridge when I hit it, what do I do?
Hit the switch so the bridge appears near the top right port. Cross the bridge and re-arrange the blocks so one block is on each of the darker tiles. (It should look like an arrow when you're done. Then the second bridge will appear.
Northeast Tower near Ferim
I'm in a room with 1 pillar and 2 posts that you can use the hook on, what do I do?
Use the hammer to push the pillar, the use the hook to bring you across.
I'm in a room with tiles that change color when I step on them, in what order do I step on them.
Step on the tiles in this order: (Start at the upper Right entrance.) Down 2, Left 1, Up 3, Left 3, Down 1, Right 1, Down 1, Left 1, Down 2, Right 4, Up 2, Left 2, Down 2, Left 1, Right 1, Left, then go down and the door will open.
Mountain of No Return
I'm in a room with a pillar and statues that don't let me move, what do I do?
Push the pillars and statues to these locations: Horse facing left-place this one at the bottom of the statue facing left. Move the pillar to the middle statue on the left. Move the statue facing Right to the pillar on the right.
Divine Shrine
I'm in a room with musical notes, what order do they go in?
The order is: (Left to right) 42135.
South Shrine near Barnan
(To get here you must use the sub to go under water near the shrine and you will find a hole)
I'm in the room with the red and green switches, what do I do?
To open the door on the left, make both the switches green and then hit the switch, to move the wall and reveal a door on the left, hit the switch, hit the left switch to make it red, and then the right switch to make it red, and then hit the switch again. Then hit the left switch to open the door.
I'm on a balcony, what do I do?
On the left is a tiny crack in the wall, open it with a bomb. On the right, you can see the pillar of the other balcony is cracked, break it with your hammer.
I'm in a room with a broken pillar on the floor and skeletons on the other side, what do I do?
Break the pillar with a bomb and then break the skeletons with bombs. Then fall through the newly revealed cracked floor.
