I need to take out a personal loan 15k

Hey there, hope you're having a good day. I need some advice on where is currently a good place to take out a personal loan (15k). I need it as soon as possible. I have a good credit. Is it better to open a credit card and take out the money or personal loan is a better option. I just want to make sure I get the lowest % possible.
