They say they're going to send him a letter inviting him with their tower and giving them the poisoned milk instead of the regular milk. You'll see them placing the milk on the desk then the wizards heading out to give the king the letter. Walk inside the tower and empty the poisoned milk and replace it with regular milk. You will observe the toxin in the middle with just enough dosages to fill up the wizards poisoned milk. Simply take the cows and provide it back to Sarah. Then you'll see a cutscene in which they wizards are meeting with the king. The wizards will die from poison, then the King will operate out the door back to Falador.

From the cows, you can raise cows. The greatest cows in a pasture is eight. You can by the chicken and cattle from Sarah. The pasture also has troughs, which each need 5 timber along with a bucket of water and a heap of hay. The calves will increase to cows, which you are able to kill and receive beef and hides from.
