Go to the last stage

Start the game and go to the War Room screen. Transfer all your agents to Lutonia (the country with the weird symbol in it). Then select "Continue" and press the A Button. Now hold Start and press Select. The text sequence for the last stage will appear. When this sequence ends, go to the Rocket Lab and you'll blast off to the last stage.
