    Really weird Gun.Smoke glitch.

I picked up a copy of Gun.Smoke for the NES over the weekend (awesome game) and I saw something happen that I've never seen before as far as NES games go.

So I pop it in my top-loader and start playing through the first level. I get all the way to the boss and I notice that something is going on with the bottom of the screen. The best way to describe it would be to think about a Tetis board filling up slowly.

Gibberish and weird lines started at the bottom and gradually started making their way up, all the while the game is completely playable. After about a minute or so it completely fills the screen, even though the game is still going. I couldn't see anything because of it. I popped it out and back in again and it was fine.

I've seen a lot of NES games glitch out before, but most of the time it involves the game freezing up. I've never seen it happen gradually over the course of playing the game.

Sorry I don't have any pics of it; I'll see if I can duplicate it.

Have you guys ever had a game do that?
